Welcome to Kingsway

I make each piece individually with a lot of time, care and pride. Therefore, no two pieces are exactly the same. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any questions or for custom designs - I am happy to help.

PAYMENT

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

Payment is by PayPal or with all major credit cards. Note you don't have to have a PayPal account to purchase. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. This process is very secure so you can shop with confidence.

NOTES/RING SIZES/CUSTOM ORDERS

For ring sizes or custom orders, please add a note to your order at the checkout. Any problems or queries, please contact me.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped to the confirmed Paypal address. Please double check to make sure your address is correct. Items are shipped from Australia.

*Australian Shipping:

Shipping takes 2-5 days normal mail with Aus Post. If you would like the item to be registered, please let me know prior to purchase.

*International Shipping:

Prices quoted for shipping are via Australian Post International Airmail and may take from 2-4 weeks. Please note that registering and / or insuring your parcel will cost extra - if you would like your parcel registered and / or insured, contact me prior to purchase. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

*Shipping Upgrade/Insurance:

If you prefer a faster delivery or insurance on your item please contact me for any shipping upgrade questions. I can not be held responsible for international lost orders. Please understand that once it leaves my hands it is now in the responsibility of the Postal Service to get it to you safely. You also have the option to add insurance to your item to insure that you do not have a lost package. 

REFUNDS

Sorry but I do not offer refunds. If upon delivery for some reason the jewellery is damaged, please contact me ASAP so we can resolve the issue. 

I do not refund lost orders. Please understand that once it leaves my hands it is now in the responsibility of the Postal Service to get it to you safely. For an additional cost you may add insurance to your item to insure that you do not have a lost package.

I guarantee my jewellery for the first 30 days to be free of defects. If for reason there is a problem and it's due to a quality issue or workmanship please contact me asap within the 30 days. I will do my best to take care of it for you. 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Kingsway gift vouchers can only be redeemed at www.kingswaydesign.net and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Vouchers not used within 12 months are forfeited and become void.

To redeem the voucher enter the code during checkout in the 'Coupon' section. 

If you have not used the entire amount of the card, you will be emailed a new code once your order has gone through.

If you would like to check the remaining amount on the voucher please contact me with subject line ‘Gift voucher value' and provide the gift voucher code.

All pictures used from www.kingswaydesign.net must be credited and you must receive prior written approval before they are used.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

All items are described as accurately as possible, however all items are handmade and therefore no two pieces are exactly the same. Due to computer configurations, colours shown on your monitor may be different from the actual colour of the items. 

GIFT WRAPPING

All items will be shipped in a small firm brown cardboard box with decorative tape. I am happy to write notes on your behalf to send to others - please let me know if you would like this done. Notes will be written on a Kingsway card. 

JEWELLERY AND SILVER CARE

It is recommended to keep jewellery from salt water, chlorine, sauna or any chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, oils, lotions, etc. When not in use please store jewellery in your jewellery box and in an airtight plastic bag to help prevent tarnishing. 

Tarnishing of silver does happen after continuous wear from contact with moisture/oils from the skin, perfume, lotions and exposure to the natural elements. Regular cleaning is recommended, either with soap and water or a polishing cloth.

Brass tarnishes very easily. It can be cleaned with white vinegar.
